Personalization: One of the unique and convenient features of Sass-N-Frills boutique is that our customers are able design and personalize most of the merchandise that we offer. This enables you to create one of a kind products to suit your specific needs. Whether you are searching for a gift, memento, re-decorating your home or just looking to surround yourself with the things you love, you are sure to find what you are looking for at Sass-N-Frills.
Our wide variety of fabric choices include designs such as shabby, chic, sassy, beachy, floral, polka dots, stripes, damask, paisley, toile, sports, colleges, novelty, cartoons, characters, pets, animal prints, youth designs, preppy, girly, exotic, bold, prissy, boyish, and everything in between! You can also personalize your product by choosing your thread colors, fonts, initials, wording and so much more. We are constantly adding new fabrics, thread colors, fonts and embroidery designs to our selections to provide you with the latest styles and trends.
Custom Orders : If there is something you are looking for, and you do not see it in our boutique; or if you have a fabulous idea just swirling in your head we would love to hear from you. We both accept and love to recieve custom orders! To submit your request, please email us with a detailed description of what you need and we will respond as quickly as possible. Your email should include as much information as possible so that we are able to get started right away. Although we promise to do everything possible to meet your needs, we cannot guarentee that all custom orders will be accepted. Either way, you will hear back from us.
Return/Refund Policy : Sass-N-Frills vows to provide our customers with superior customer service, quality merchandise and a pleasurable shopping experience. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, therefore we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return merchandise or request a refund please submit your request via email. Please be sure to include detailed information surrounding your order and merchandise including the reason for the return/refund request.
Personlized and/or Custom Orders & Returns : Because most of our merchandise is one of a kind, custom made, personalized and/or monogrammed at the time your order is placed, we ask that careful consideration is given to every detail when placing your order. It is very important that you contact us with any questions prior to placing your order as we do NOT offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations to any personalized, monogrammed or custom orders! We process and create each design based on the individual specifications indicated in your order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your orders before submitting them. If you should realize that you made a mistake when submitting your order, contact us immediately. We will do everything we can correct the error, provided that your we have not already began creating/processing your order. Please understand that we are very busy and if work has already begun on your order, we may be unable to accommodate your request and you will be responsible for the item. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter!
Important Information: Many of our products or portion thereof, are hand sewn and/or handcrafted making each one unique and one of a kind. All of our fabrics are hand cut, therefore "patterned" fabric designs may differ slightly per item. Embroidery designs and monograms may differ in size and specific location, depending on your product selection, the number of characters to be monogrammed, and your font chosen. All embroidered designs, lettering, wording and initials will be centered and may "wrap around" your item, depending on your product selection. Because each product and font varies in size and shape, embroidered and/or monogrammed orders with more than one,single initial or character may be have limited font selections. Should this apply to any product in out boutique, it will be listed as such in the description.
