Quality of merchandise: We strive to provide quality merchandise and pride ourselves on unique, one-of-a-kind, exclusive designs. We use quality products and materials when creating each of our products. Most of our products are handmade, hand sewn, hand painted, re-purposed, personalized or monogrammed exclusively by myself. Handmade and custom ordered merchandise will vary slightly, as that is what makes each unique. Each design may not be duplicated exactly as pictured in our gallery, as that is the beauty of one-of-a-kind pieces. Each of our products have detailed descriptions regarding the item and it's history if applicable. Should you have additional questions regarding a product, customization, shipping, etc. we encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have prior to placing your order. Sass-N-Frills will make every effort to customize and create your special orders, please submit your detailed request and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate all custom orders, however we cannot guarantee all request. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Gift Certificates: are available in denominations of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00. Should you need a denomination that is not shown please contact us.
Gift Wrap: is available for most items, usually depending on the size of the purchase. Please email us regarding availability and a quote.

Payment Options: Visa, Master card, Discover, and Pay Pal are all accepted means of payment. We do accept personal checks for prepaid orders. If paying by check, please place your order on line and mail your check to us. Once your check is received and processed, your order will be shipped. Please note that additional time may depending on the specific items you purchased before we are able to ship it. Please contact us to request our mailing address.
Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is done via the United States Postal Service, USPS. All packages are delivered either first class or priority mail, to ensure they arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days. Delivery confirmation is included along with tracking information. Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address provided when placing your order. Should you need your package in a hurry, please contact us for pricing.
Free pickup is available to those in the Richmond, VA area, please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Return/Refund Policy: Sass-N-Frills vows to provide our customers with superior customer service, quality merchandise and a pleasurable shopping experience. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, therefore we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return merchandise or request a refund please submit your request via email. Please be sure to include detailed information surrounding your order and merchandise including the reason for the return/refund request.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Please note: because most of our merchandise is one of a kind, custom made, personalized and/or monogrammed at the time your order is placed, we ask that careful consideration is given to every detail when placing your order. It is very important that you email us with any questions prior to placing your order.
We do NOT offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations to any personalized, monogrammed or custom orders! We process and create each design based on the individual specifications indicated in your order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your orders before submitting them. If you should realize that you made a mistake when submitting your order, contact us immediately. We will do everything we can correct the error, provided that your we have not already began creating/processing your order. Please understand that we are very busy and if work has already begun on your order, we may be unable to accommodate your request and you will be responsible for the item. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter!
Our Policy: is as follows, Sass-N-Frills does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any type of custom, personalized, or monogrammed orders, except in the case of an error on our part. In such a case, Sass-N-Frills must be notified of the error immediately upon receiving your order so that we can correct any issues immediately. We are not responsible for any lost packages that may be shipped back to us for refunds/exchanges/or returns, nor the cost to ship the item. An exception would be in the case that the reason for the refund/exchange/return is due to our error.
Privacy: Your privacy and security is extremely important to us! We are committed to protecting your personal information at all times! We assure you that your personal information will be kept confidential! Sass-N-Frills will not sell, share or distribute any personal information to any third parties without your consent. We will use your personal information only to process orders, process payments, shipping your orders and also provide you with periodic mailings/emails regarding sales, promotions, coupons, and announcements for things such as upcoming events.
